Step 1 - Select your coverage

Headshot stations can be booked for a half day (up to four consecutive hours) or a full day (up to eight consecutive hours). First, consider your event schedule and the number of people needing headshots. Then, decide on the amount of coverage you require. Each headshot station can usually accommodate up to 30-40 people per hour.

Headshot station - Half Day $1500 or full day $3000

Includes all images in high resolution, file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo), a standard commercial usage license, a lead list of all photographed. Headshot images can be delivered to each person in private galleries or as a complete gallery of images.

Additional Headshot station - Half Day $1300 or full day $2800

If the amount of headshots you need or the time-constraints of your event require more than a single headshot station can cover, adding an additional headshot station can make sure everyone gets a great headshot in the time allowed. This can reduce the wait time for attendees.

Step 2 - select any needed extras

basic retouching for all headshots - $400/$800

Enhance the experience by providing each person with basic retouching on all delivered images. Includes blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening.
